The person who has wounded the student from a gun, is someone who has been dedicated to heroe.
Ther newspaper " Karelian Gubernia "has already written about a crime ,that has been commited on September, 12 near cafe " Hamburg " in Petrozavodsk. One person has been shot from a gun at noonday in the central street. In some days the most improbable legends and hearings began to be distributed throughout city. Our correspondent has tried to make the most probable pattern of this.
Legend about Robin Hood
A man and a woman sat and ate in cafe " Hamburg ". Unexpectedly a car has abruptly braked beside and then it has swang around. It has been made so valiantly, that lumps and dirties from wheels have soiled people who were sitting at a table. The young man has demanded apologies. But, nobody began to apologize, by consequences. More than that, there is a version, that these people, who came at the car have also beaten the dissatisfied man. That man, in his turn, has promised to arrange "holiday", he has called someone, and in some minutes there appeared the black jeep "Nissan" , which belongs to known in city Oleg, who has been imprisoned twice and run for deputy twice.There were two persons in the jeep: Oleg and his driver. After ac short verbal skirmish one of them has pulled out of a gun and has shot at people from the car,he has seriously wounded 23-years student who studies at the department of law. According to the attorney of the suspected, V. has simply left the car just to have a conversation, and someone else has shot from his gun.It might be the driver. But it is also still a question, as Oleg did not see the moment of a shot, and the driver, according to the lawyer, does not give any indications. And, moreover the lawyer speaks, this "someone" has got not in casually turned up student, but at one of participants of the conflict.
All of them are identical
It would be quite possible to relate this story to the category of usual, household crimes, if there was not one essential circumstance. Those who has insulted and have not apologized, they were the Azerbaijanians, and those who were likely protecting the trambled honour of comrade, were Russian. In this connection the history began to get completely wild colouring. It has quickly acquired with hearings. And we already hear about one hundred of the Azerbaijanians who have attacked three courageous Russian guys which have not become puzzled and have finally repulsed the “ungirdled Caucasians”. Quite educated, adequate people are ready to approve street shooting only because " the person of the Caucasian nationality " has suffered as a result. Some my acquaintance, being pleased, exclaim something like " it’s a high time they did it ", "they have absolutely become impudent" and " I would take all of them in 24 o'clock outside the republic ". Others argue on "blessed" Russian cities where authorities forbid to settle the visitor from Caucasus in general. And it is not important:if the guilty or the innocent has suffered *8212; in fact " all of them are identical ". And the bad reputation of the owner of a gun *8212 is not important; let about it{*him*} let he’ll be considered as a representative of some Moscow grouping, but he is “ our”. It is not important, that as a result of shooting any casual passer-by could be wounded in the middle of city. The society is seriously hurt by xenofobia and, apparently, revels in the illness.
Blood in a head *8212; fraction in a hip
The uncle of victim Madad Mamedov asserts, that that day his nephew and two comrades went to celebrate the second day of wedding of their friends. They were absolutely casually at "Hamburg" *8212; they have come to grasp one more friend. They saw, that near there was some quarrel, but they didn’t know the reasons... Oleg V. and his driver have abruptly joined the conflict, not having pressed in subtleties and nuances *8212; in fact all "Caucasians ", in opinion of the majority of us, are the same persons, and, so, it is possible to shoot at anyone.As a result the guywho has simply came to find out, what was going on , has received a charge of fraction in a hip and in a stomach, was operated , he has spent the night at reanimations, and his relatives did not know what to do, they didn’t know, whether he will survive.
And the person who has stired up the trouble,that man who has slung mud at those who had dinner and has not wished to apologize, thank God, is alive, healthy and feels itself well. I have tried to specify any details of this conflict. He considered necessary to inform only that was drunk and he also remembers nothing. By the words of Madad Mamedov, the uncle of the injured, he balmes this person even more, than that who was shooting.By the way, this man is the Azerbaijanian . It would seem, elementary true: in each nation there are enough unpleasant people ,but it’s brutal to make impression about all nation on them and to be pleased of the distress of any of the representative.
Giveing a written undertaking not to leave a place
Those who shooted have been detained almost at once. The instrument of a crime has been withdrawn from them. Many witnesses were ready to give testimonies on this occasion. However, both Oleg A., and his driver have been given a written undertaking not to leave a place soon. We have taken an interest, if the shooting at the person in noonday in the central street of city is insufficiently serious crime to contain suspected under guards? Were were explained, that examination is not made yet, testimonies of witnesses are not analysed yet, confrontations and identifications were not made so, yet any conclusions are still early to be done. And so there is no basis for holding the people under guards.And it was almost in two weeks after what has happened. While Oleg V. is the witness, the driver keeps silence, their attorneys hope, that the case will be closed by the mutual agreement of the parties, and the residents are glad to dedicate the shooting man to the defender of the Russia.
