Russian North – and the United States of America: there is an implicit but very deep analogy between them. These territories were settled by people, driven by the spirit of freedom. Disciples of Sergius of Radonezh played a huge role in the settlement of Russian North. They wanted to make our country a mirror of Holy Trinity, to teach people how to live inseparably and unmixedly, how on one hand to feel oneself part of a unity, on the other – to respect a separate personality. The dialectics of these contraries is the core of the principle of “sobornost’” (conciliarism or “symphonism” in terms of Russian philosopher Leo Karsavin).
Our country has failed to show the embodiment of this principle.
But America made it a reality.
It is a symphonic country – it is a unity in diversity.
It has long ago defeated xenophobia. And how do we treat the so called “black ones”? The semantics of this “epithet” is imbued with hatred here.
America is not only the child of European civilization. Nowadays it is the principal protagonist and guardian of its values.
These values are threatened nowadays! Terrorism, fascism and Chekism are hostile to being – they have the opportunity to wipe life off the face of Earth.
America is mightily and triumphantly withstanding the deadly tendencies. It has taken the cross of planetary care of the safety of Earth’s biosphere and noosphere. America selflessly serves life as it is – America combats the spirit of death and decay.
Those who hate America are consciously or unconsciously subject to thanatophilia, whatever ideology disguise this pest. You don’t like America using force? But her sword is like a surgeon’s scalpel, which removes a cancerous growth. Do you want the metastases to reach you?
Today unipolar world is optimal for the preserving of life on our planet. Multipolar world is spoken of by those who are jealous of America’s success. Fortunately, they have no power to change the situation – and what stands beyond their miserable yapping? An illusory compensation of their own inferiority.
America has given the world Internet, which places the symphonic principle on the new level – and this is the triumph of America’s humanistic aspiration.
Knighthood is essential for America. This country made the decisive contribution into the fight against communism. The latter will gain no revenge. The advance of history is irreversible and it is America that produces energy for it.
